Performance monitoring of pit pressurisation pumps in a UK open cast mine
The purpose of the tests was to measure the performance of the pressurisation pumps and to assess which of these required rehabiliation. This would improve the condition of the asset and reduce operating costs and the carbon footprint of the pumps.
