koshik ghoshKaushik Ghosh: Chief Technology Officer

Kaushik has been associated with the Secure Group since 1996 and plays a pivotal role in driving successful new product introductions. As Chief Technology Officer and a member of the Group Executive, Kaushik is also involved with strategy formulation, technology management, portfolio management and intellectual property.

Kaushik takes a keen interest in issues related to smart grid, energy conservation, revenue completeness, network accounting, smart homes and customer engagement. He has been actively involved with the evolution of smart metering in the UK, Australia, India and South East Asia.

Prior to joining Secure, Kaushik had a nine year stint with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, where he was involved with advanced avionics systems. Before joining and making Udaipur his home, he spent two years with VHEL, engaging with hybrid micro-circuit technologies. Kaushik is currently based in Winchester where he has additional responsibilities as Managing Director of Secure Meters (UK) Limited.

 

Hemant-GoleHemant Gole: Head, Group Quality

Hemant focuses on the continuous improvement of quality in everything we do. This makes Secure one of the most effective and efficient companies in the industry. He continues to strengthen our team further and to meet the objectives of customer orientation and improved productivity, without compromising quality.

Hemant has over 45 years’ experience at Philips, Videocon and Secure. His experience of manufacturing (42 years) and of managing supply-chain issues, makes him an ideal facilitator for change. He has successfully increased capacity tenfold to meet customer requirements.

rajesh-kohliRajesh Kohli: CEO,  Measurement and Controls

Rajesh has a terrific instinct for our business and a deep understanding of the technologies as a consequence of his experience prior to joining Secure, which has helped him to lead the Measurement and Controls team worldwide. He has grown our business successfully in this segment with the help of a very capable team. His quiet confidence transmits to the customer and the team.

Rajesh has been with the group since 2000 and was a part of the Secure team in the early part of its growth. Before joining Secure, he worked in large companies like Crompton Greaves and Havell's and his career spans 35 years. He enjoys cricket and travelling.

Ajay-KothariAjay Kothari: Chief Information Officer

With 25 years’ experience in information technology and associated with the Secure group since 2005, Ajay is the strategic thinker behind the development and implementation of IT systems within the businesses. As such, he has played a key role in transforming and continually improving the organisation of IT – with focus on automation, standarisation and simplification.

One of Ajay’s most significant achievements at Secure has been the global rollout of Oracle E-business suite and related solutions. This has simplified planning within a complex supply chain and improved both data quality and the visibility of information, enabling the team to make well informed decisions easily. He helped replace legacy systems with a fully integrated system capable of supporting a diverse portfolio to deliver future growth.

Ajay is an avid reader and never shies away from exploring and adopting new technologies. He enjoys music, loves meeting new people and making new friends.

Ajay is a certified Global CIO from ISB, Hyderabad. He holds a post graduate degree in Commerce and a Masters in Information Systems.

Hemender PandwalHemender Pandwal: Chief, Legal Affairs and Taxation

Hemender has been a part of the Secure family for many years. He plays a major role in all mergers and acquisitions and ensures financial security for the group. His pragmatic approach has helped the company through many years of sustained growth. In addition he is responsible for all taxation and legal matters of the Group. He works closely with Amit to ensure compliance at all levels in finance. Prior to this Hemender was also responsible for group finance and accounts.

Sridhar Radhakrishnan Sridhar Radhakrishnan : Chief Operating Officer

Following his bachelors in mechanical engineering, Sridhar specialised in manufacturing and completed a master’s at University of Warwick, UK. Sridhar started his career in 1990 and has rich experience in plant operations, process engineering, project management and supply-chain roles, within the automotive, white goods, and computer peripherals manufacturing sectors. Sridhar has worked with Bajaj Auto, Whirlpool of India and immediately before he joined us, at TVS Electronics Ltd as Vice President (Manufacturing & Supply Chain). Sridhar is a certified lean six-sigma black belt champion.

Amit_SharmaAmit Sharma: Chief Finance Officer

Amit is a chartered accountant and company secretary by qualification, with over 15 years’ experience across almost all facets of finance, with solid experience of handling global projects. He joined Secure in April 2016.


Prior to joining, Amit was the country financial controller for Akzo Nobel India Limited and business controller for its decorative division, as well as being a part of its leadership team. He played a key role in transforming the finance function in the company. Amit has also worked for Indian Oil and ITC in various capacities.  

Amit enjoys music and in his free time, he likes to teach and play all kind of sports.

suket-singhalSuket Singhal: Group CEO

Suket took a Master’s in chemical engineering from Imperial College, London before undertaking four years of further research to develop a platform for monitoring stem cell cultures in real time; this earned him a PhD. Suket also contributed to the development of a biomimetic closed-loop insulin delivery system, using a chip to imitate pancreatic function.

Suket is based in Udaipur and has been part of the leadership team, involved in growing the business for over a decade, in particular its global expansion. In Winchester, he led the group’s diverse UK businesses, including Utilita - a small energy retailer. This stint as UK country head, coupled with the experience of working in a multi-disciplinary research team and overseeing purchase for Secure, has built the resilience needed and established a breadth of experience crucial to lead us forward. Today, as our CEO, he continues to work across different regions and market segments. Beyond executive duties, Suket is constantly focused on developing the team and refining the organisation for the next leg of the Secure journey.

  

ananya-singhalAnanya Singhal: Chief- Services, People, Communications and Infrastructure

Ananya joined Secure in 2008 to help reduce energy consumption and our carbon footprint. Now he works with Secure’s executive team. He ensures the team remains engaged with our vision and keeps users’ experience at the forefront of all product and service design. He works with people practices that are driven by our values and takes a pragmatic approach to policies and their implementation. His passion is sustainability in the way he designs and he is driving a sustainable approach to Secure’s infrastructure. As a trained architect, he designs all our facilities and is currently in-charge of Secure’s largest ever expansion.

As a part of the Group Executive, he is responsible for ensuring Secure’s actions remain true to our beliefs and goals. Ananya is also guiding developments in branding, user-interface and product design. He is a furniture designer, photographer and technophile.

sunil singhviSunil Singhvi: CEO Energy

Sunil has worked at Secure since 1991. Most of his time has been spent growing the business in India, SE Asia and Africa and he has a deep understanding of metering, its applications and markets.

Sunil has been active in IEEMA, the industry association for many years. He was the head of its metering division for four years and a member of the governing board for the India Smart Grid Forum. At present Sunil is the Vice Chairman of IEEMA smart grid division and a member of IEEMA executive council.

Sunil’s understanding of metering and the market makes him an ideal leader for the Energy SBU.
