As Chief Technology Officer and a member of the Group Executives, Kaushik is involved with strategy formulation, management of technology, new product introductions, portfolio management, and intellectual property.
Previously, Kaushik had a nine-year stint at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, where he was involved with advanced avionics systems.
