Measurements are at the heart of everything we do. All our instruments must always provide valid and good measurements over their design lifetime. This level of measurement performance is the only way to engender trust with our users.

• owning and maintaining measurement standards and related lab equipment of the required capacity / accuracy,
• running measurement laboratories that maintain the required environmental standards,
• developing and maintaining a cadre of staff competent in metrology,
• ensuring impartiality & confidentiality by providing independent, unbiased and factual data,
• good professional practice that is consistent with our customer service operations, the diligent and rigorous application of established metrology practices embodied in the letter and spirit of ISO / IEC 17025.
