Secure has been awarded Quality Standards Framework accreditation by TEC Quality, a subsidiary of the TEC Service Association (TSA).
Widely regarded as the UK’s voice of Technology Enabled Care (TEC), the TSA is the industry advisory body for the care technology sector. The Quality Standards Framework benchmark represents a significant milestone for Secure and is the company’s first major care industry certification since the launch of Beanbag Care in 2020.
Secure was recognised as having achieved successful Quality Standards Framework certification to the Quality Standards Framework at a drinks reception before the TSA Gala Dinner at the ITEC conference on the evening of the 28th March 2022 at the ICC Birmingham.
Secure was assessed over 10 standard modules, including safety, risk analysis, and staff competency, plus three additional modules specifically tailored for remote monitoring technology.
