In the glittering award ceremony held on 24th November 2011 at New Delhi during the conference on Green Power VII (for world development). The award was presented to Mr. B S Babel by the Chief Guest, Dr C Rangarajan – Chairman, Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister.
