Jim brings over 40 years of experience in the Australian energy sector, where he strategically directed and drove profitability growth for prominent organisations such as AGL Energy and Alinta Energy.

He has previously held Directorships with Queensland Gas Corporation (QGC), Elgas Ltd, and ActewAGL. Jim has consistently delivered operational excellence and developed competitive products and services.

He spent four years in Chile as the Managing Director of Gasvalpo, the nation’s second-largest gas company.

For the past 20 years, Jim has been at the forefront of regulatory changes in the Australian energy industry. As the former Director and Chair of the Energy Retailers Association of Australia, he worked closely with federal and state governments, regulators, and consumer groups to ensure proposed regulatory changes addressed the needs of all stakeholders.
