1.3 Secure Meters (Australia)’s supply chain is primarily internal to the Secure Meters group, with most products sourced from Secure Meters. As the principal manufacturer, Secure Meters produces the majority of the products sold and supported by Secure Meters (Australia).
2.1 Secure Meters regularly reviews and monitors its supply chains to identify, assess, and manage the risks of modern slavery. Both Secure Meters and Secure Meters (Australia) undergo independent audits by TÜV SÜD to verify compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management system standards.
2.2 We communicate to the organisations we do business with that we have zero tolerance for any form of exploitation. We actively promote responsible employment practices throughout our supply chain to help ensure that workers operate in safe and healthy environments, understand their rights, and can raise concerns without fear of retaliation, reflecting the standards, culture, and values we uphold within our own organisation.
