Our CSR policy

CSR: our policy

CSR is strongly connected with the principles of sustainability. An organisation should make decisions based not only on financial factors but also on their social and environmental consequences. Therefore, it is the core corporate responsibility of Secure to practice its corporate values through its commitment to grow in a socially and environmentally responsible way, while meeting the interests of its stakeholders.

Secure recognises that its business activities have an impact on the communities in which it operates. Therefore when deciding its approach to CSR, Secure needs to give due consideration to the interests of its stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, employees, suppliers, business partners, local communities and other organisations. On the one hand, Secure is responsible for enhancing value for its shareholders; on the other, it is also committed and accountable to its other stakeholders for how it conducts its business and the effort it makes to leave a positive impact on society. To achieve this goal, the company is committed to make CSR a key business process. The company is committed to environmentally friendly practices and to working in our community. The area of focus in the community is education and learning.

The company believes that giving time is one of the most valuable resources we can apply to help create a sustainable society. To this end, the company encourages all Semsites to participate in Dharohar and Khoj initiatives, besides others.
